We are pleased to invite you to an engaging WhizTalk with Mr. Baskar Palaniappan, an accomplished Technical Program Manager and Agile Subject Matter Expert with extensive experience in automotive software development, Agile transformation, DevOps, and complex software delivery.

Baskar brings extensive experience in Automotive Software Development, having led software delivery, Agile transformations, and complex initiatives for major European OEM programs.

His areas of expertise include Program Management, Agile Transformation, DevOps, AUTOSAR, ASPICE, AI in Project Management, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural leadership.

He has guided transformations involving up to 500 people across 15 projects, and is a PMI-ACP, Scaled Agile, ISTQB Professional, and OKR Practitioner certified professional. He is also a recipient of the Bosch Global Quality Award and an active contributor to industry forums and communities.
