17 hours. Four regions. One conversation that never stops.
On 15 October, the sun comes up on the 2026 Agile Symposium in Sydney and it does not set on us until the Americas close it out the next morning. One continuous room, four regional blocks, and a single link that covers the whole thing.
This is not four separate webinars with a shared logo. It is one conversation handed from Asia Pacific to North Africa to Europe to the Americas, with each region putting its own cultural lens on the same four questions:
- 🔷 Enterprise Agility at scale
- 🔷 The Future of Work and Careers
- 🔷 Agility in Complex Environments and Closing the Change-Readiness Gap
- 🔷 People, Teams and Sustainable Agility
What you will actually get
Keynotes from Rowan Bunning, Dulguun Shipilov, Amina Bourguiba, Denise Jarvie of PMI, Tanya Boyd and Himanshu Joshi. Lightning talks and panels from practitioners in Ireland, Malta, Poland, Slovenia, Brazil, Tunisia, Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Mongolia and Australia. A keynote delivered in French. Students from Hong Kong, Sydney and Japan telling a room full of hiring managers what the graduate pipeline looks like from their side.
AI runs through all of it, but AI is not the story. What it does to how we lead, decide and work together is.
