About the Session
Project management has evolved dramatically, from traditional planning and governance to agile delivery, hybrid teams, digital transformation, and now AI-enabled ways of working. Yet amid all this change, the fundamentals of effective project leadership remain just as important.
In celebration of International Project Management Day, From Gantt Charts to GenAI: Project Leadership Across Generations brings together four project leaders spanning healthcare tech, enterprise transformation, construction innovation, and three decades of global IT leadership, for a candid conversation about the past, present, and future of the profession. Our panel includes a PMI-CPMAI-certified enterprise transformation executive and author, a BIM digital transformation director bridging construction and data-driven delivery, a healthcare technology operations leader blending agile with design thinking, and a three-time PMILOC leader with over 30 years steering multi-million dollar programs across three continents.
Panelists will explore what has changed, what remains timeless, and what different generations can learn from one another.
Join us for an engaging evening of dinner, networking, moderated discussion, and audience Q&A, designed to offer practical insights and fresh perspectives for navigating the future of project work.
